Fort of Ville-Marie - Memory collector - Pointe-à-Callière Museum

As part of the City of Montreal's Archaeology and History, this new 4-storey pavilion is built above the remains of the City's foundation. It offers a high quality site to allow visitors to better understand the history of the city. The upper floors are dedicated to the administrative functions of the museum. 

Built according to the principles of sustainable development, the project stands out for the following performances:

  • 25% of the energy consumed is produced on site (wind power and photovoltaic panels)
  • Energy savings of 45% compared to the code reference case
  • 88% recycling of construction waste
  • 14% recycled content
  • 22% of regional materials
  • 70% of the wood used is FSC certified

LEED Certification Management - Our mandate :

  • Assistance to contractors in the implementation of LEED measures on site
  • Optimize the selection of materials according to LEED criteria and budget constraints
  • Preparation and implementation of control and management plans
  • On-site monitoring and documentation of LEED measures
  • Assembling documentation for the contractor's credits
