Located just minutes from the heart of downtown Montreal and Atwater Market, Producktive House is a project uniting contemporary lifestyle and sustainability: Producktive House combines an exceptional architecture style with the latest innovations in green housing such as geothermal heating, passive solar, solar water heating, urban agriculture, rainwater and gray water reuse and more.
On this project Synairgis’ mandate includes the re-commissioning of electro-mechanical systems (retro-commissioning) as well as responsibility for ongoing maintenance and optimisation in the role of building manager.

- Planing coordination and validation of annual preventive maintenance activities
