The new CHUM hospital is being built as a public-private partnership by the Collectif Santé Montréal consortium. The project aims to obtain LEED Canada-NC Silver certification. EBC inc. is the general contractor for the construction of the centre ambulatoire B1. This 19 storey building will house the outpatient clinics and the main mechanical plant of the CHUM complex.
On this project, Synairgis acts as the LEED consultant for the general contractor, EBC inc., to ensure that the requirements of the targeted LEED Canada-NC Silver certification are respected.
