The science complex includes research, teaching and administrative offices. Covering an area of 44 000 m², the construction budget is estimated at $ 350 million.
Synairgis advised the general contractor and its subcontractors in the implementation of commissioning to ensure compliance with customer requirements, organize and optimize the actions of contractors, organize document management to facilitate delivery.
Building commissioning - Our mandate as building commissioning coordinator :
- Supervise the work, while coordinating a series of tests and site inspections
- Coordinate commissioning activities with subcontractors
