This 90s vintage Montreal office building is occupied by a service company committed to improving its environmental and economic performance.
For several years, the main tenant and the owner have implemented environmental initiatives for waste management, employee transportation and sustainable procurement policies. These stakeholders sought to structure these objectives through a formal environmental certification program.
LEED Certification Management - Our mandate :
- Evaluation of the environmental performance of existing operations and maintenance practices
- Validation of client objectives in terms of environmental performance and corporate social responsibility policies
- Feasibility study of the implementation of two environmental certification systems for existing commercial buildings: BOMA BESt and LEED Canada EB: EE 2009
