New Hospital - CHUM

The CHUM is one of the largest hospitals in North America. It now brings together under the same roof the teams at Hôtel-Dieu, Hôpital Notre-Dame and Hôpital Saint-Luc. It has 39 operating rooms, 772 rooms, 415 examination rooms, 268 000 m². Aiming for LEED certification, this hospital will offer the best in care, research and teaching. 

Synairgis represented Construction Santé Montréal for the LEED commissioning component and assisted in the documentation and coordination of functional tests and performance tests and the preparation of operation and maintenance manuals.
