Located close to the current Benny Farm Sports Centre, the Centre Culturel de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce project is hosting the new Benny Library, a multifunctional hall for performing arts, and a multipurpose room for cultural exhibitions. The project achieved LEED Canada NC Silver certification in March 2017.
With regard to this project, Synairgis intervenes for the management of LEED certification and accompanies all professionals and the City in this exercise. Its involvement covers all phases of the project from conception to commissioning.
LEED Certification Management - Our mandate :
- Feasibility of LEED credits and identification of technical and budgetary constraints in cooperation with design professionals
- Develop a LEED action plan to identify and plan all required actions, implementation modalities and follow-up
- Assist stakeholders in the identification of materials according to their LEED characteristics and validation of applicable standards
- Integrate LEED requirements into construction documents
- Engaging the Contractor and Subcontractors at the beginning of the work
- Supervision of LEED measures applied on site (management and control plans)
- Assembling the final file and monitoring during the audit
