Refurbishment of the CARSAT LR head office

Missions: 

Intervention from the APD phase to the tender documents

• Verification that the project meets the 2050 objectives of the tertiary sector decree through analysis of services and dynamic thermal simulations
• Verification that the project is in line with the program
• Verification of operating and performance monitoring provisions
• Technical monitoring of HVAC/plumbing, electrical, BMS/supervisory, thermal envelope and air-tightness work packages

Specific features: 

• Minimum 60% reduction in overall energy consumption
• Complete insulation of the thermal envelope and replacement of all woodwork
• Complete overhaul of technical installations, excluding heat production by boiler (to be replaced in 2019)
• Installation of mechanical ventilation for all premises
• Class B air-tightness of ventilation systems
