Step 1: Site visit and data collection

Step 3: Dynamic simulation of the existing situation and analysis of actual consumption.
Dynamic Thermal Simulation is based on 3D modeling of the building integrating information such as geometric characteristics, thermal performance of the envelope, near and distant solar masks, etc. By providing information on the energy systems and their mode of operation, by specifying the modes of occupation and based on a local annual meteorological file, the Dynamic Thermal Simulation makes it possible to simulate the thermal and energy behavior of the building.
The results will allow us to observe and analyze the following quantities:
Free heat input: solar and internal (occupants, IT, lighting, etc.)
Heat losses and gains from buildings
Heating and cooling needs
Energy consumption by energy source and broken down according to the following items: heating/air conditioning/ventilation/ lighting/domestic hot water/heating and air conditioning auxiliaries (circulators, etc.)
Step 4: Identification and definition of areas for improvement:
Recommendation on the fine optimization of equipment regulation laws in order to be in line with the conditions of occupation of the building (retro-commissioning).
Recommendation on improving the thermal and aeraulic envelope of the building
Recommendation on the energy systems of the building, which can mobilize renewable energies
Proposal of an action plan allowing the energy improvement of the building and the realization of financial savings
Step 5: Support for the implementation of the action plan or work scenarios, as well as their follow-up
