The Coopérative de Solidarité Bois-Ellen’s project involves the construction of a 166-unit building on the site of the former wood courtyard on Robert-Élie Street in Laval. This innovative project will have superior energy performance through high sealing, efficient doors and windows, the reduction of thermal bridges through the outer shell and the selection of efficient mechanical and renewable energy systems.
In relation to this project, our team will provide a general contractor support service for the commissioning of the high-performance thermal envelope and electromechanical systems.
Building Commissioning - Our mandate as Building Commissioning Coordinator :
- Supervise work, while coordinating a series of field tests and inspections
- Coordinate commissioning activities with subcontractors
- Circulate information to effectively communicate the challenges of achieving a high-performance thermal envelope
- Coordinate electromechanical commissioning
