Synairgis advises the project owner throughout all phases of the energy-efficient renovation of a multi-residentiel apartment building.  

The owner of this hundred year old 40 units residential building wanted to improve tenant comfort and indoor environmental quality using green building techniques and technologies. Water recovery and improving tenant awareness of energy efficiency are among the solutions that have been proposed.
