Improving the Energy Efficicency of a Residential Condo Building

Energy Efficiency – Occupants of this multi-unit residential building were experiencing thermal comfort problems and elevated energy bills. Synairgis’ mandate included finding flaws in the thermal envelope (walls, ceilings, and windows), proposing solutions to address these problems and coordinating contractors to apply the recommended corrections. 

The flaws in the envelope were rapidly identified thanks to Synairgis’ particular expertise in thermographic imaging and infiltration testing.
