Montreal soccer centrer (Cx)

Owned by the City of Montreal, the new Montreal Soccer Centre, located at the Complexe environnemental de Saint-Michel (CESM), is a project with a surface area of 12 700 m². This future building will house a 750-seat soccer field with bleachers. The project aims to obtain a Gold certification under the LEED Canada NC 2009 program.
As part of the enhanced LEED commissioning, Synairgis acted as commissioning agent. The project aims to achieve LEED Gold certification.
Building Commissioning - Our mandate as Building Commissioning Coordinator:
- Develop and communicate owner requirements and objectives
- Review plans and specifications to ensure owner requirements are met
- Assist the design team, contractor and maintenance staff to ensure the maintenance of expected building performance for future years
- Communicate and track commissioning requirements
- Plan, coordinate and perform field checks, tests and performance checks
- Coach the training of building maintenance personnel
- Document the commissioning of the building
