On this project, Synairgis acts as the commissioning agent, ensuring that the building commissioning requirements of the LEED for Homes Multifamily Mid-rise certification are respected.
Building Commissioning - Our mandate:
- Develop and document maintenance plans to maintain performance for future operations
- Coordinate the commissioning activities with subcontractors according to LEED requirements
- Document and provide the results of commissioning equipment tests
- Plan, coordinate and carry out the tests and performance evaluations of electro-mechanical equipment
