SYNAIRGIS is proud to support CASART LR in the refurbishment of its head office in Montpellier.
We provide technical assistance from the design phase through to project handover.

Missions:
Intervention from the APD phase to the tender documents
- Verification that the project meets the 2050 objectives of the tertiary sector decree through analysis of services and dynamic thermal simulations
- Verification that the project is in line with the program
- Verification of operating and performance monitoring provisions
- Technical monitoring of HVAC/plumbing, electrical, BMS/supervisory, thermal envelope and air-tightness work packages
Specific features:
- Minimum 60% reduction in overall energy consumption
- Complete insulation of the thermal envelope and replacement of all woodwork
- Complete overhaul of technical installations, excluding heat production by boiler (to be replaced in 2019)
- Installation of mechanical ventilation for all premises
- Class B air-tightness of ventilation systems
