This 90s vintage Montreal office building is occupied by a service company committed to improving its environmental and economic performance.
For several years, the main tenant and the owner have implemented environmental initiatives for waste management, employee transportation and sustainable procurement policies. These stakeholders sought to structure these objectives through a formal environmental certification program.
