Rosemont Aquatic Complex

The aquatic complex will include a 25-metre main pool and eight corridors, as well as a secondary pool, bleachers and multi-purpose rooms. This project is funded and managed by the City of Montreal. It is being carried out in collaboration with the Borough of Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie. 

Built according to the principles of sustainable development, the project stands out for the following performances:

  • Chloramine control to allow for superior indoor air quality
  • Optimization of natural light - glare control for monitoring swimmers
  • Energy savings estimated at 41% compared to the code reference case
  • Recovery of process water for toilets
  • Envelope commissioning and advanced measurement

LEED Certification Management - Our mandate :

  • Accompaniment of professionals and clients in the LEED certification process
  • Credit tracking and document management through an integrated web tool
  • Integration of LEED requirements into construction documents
  • Mobilization of the general contractor for control and management plans
  • Quality control during the construction site
  • Assembly of the final file and follow-up for the audit
